Talk: Challenges of Racial Inclusion in the Labor Market

Today we had the opportunity to attend the talk by lawyer Robson de Oliveira, an initiative of our HR area at Cidade Matarazzo, on the subject of racial inclusion in the labor market.
Racial discrimination persists, resulting in disparities in pay and opportunities and also in a lack of representation in leadership roles. In addition, entrenched stereotypes and prejudices contribute to racial exclusion.
It is necessary to promote awareness, implement measures to promote equality and ensure the implementation of inclusion policies. Collaboration among governments, companies and society is essential to overcome these challenges and create a more inclusive and equitable work environment.
